• Having more than 10 years experience in Exploration & Open Cut Mining Operation

Responsibilities:

• Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years experience and technical skills in electromechanical expertise.
• High-rise residential building experience including HVAC and Plumbing and electrical equipment.
• Experience in property management maintenance.
• Residential compounds maintenance experience.
• Maintenance reporting and follow up systems.
• Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors.

Requirements:

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs of the buildings and installed systems to include but not limited to; plumbing systems, roofs, drains, electrical and HVAC.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems .
• Troubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
• Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
• Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Maintain and operate life safety/fire systems.
• Complete other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with facility management and keep in contact with our large clients for updates.
