• The candidate should demonstrate good knowledge in estimating, pre/post contract work and good all round quantity surveying.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Civil or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Detail oriented, good analytical thinking and coordinating.
• Highly literate and numerate and possess computer skills
• Preferably having experiences in a large scale mall or high rise building project.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
