PT Medco Downstream Indonesia is a national company focuses in downstream industry from production, distribution of consumable energy products and renewable fuels due to our rapid growth. We require young professional, innovative, talented and highly motivated person to join with us as a :

TRADING OPERATION STAFF

Qualifications:

1. Male, max. 28 year old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Mine or Geology Engineer.
3. Computer literate (MS Office).
4. Having experience in coal company (producer/end user/trader) is an advantage.
5. Should have good knowledge of coal market (local/international) and potential buyer.
6. Good communication in both written and spoken English.
7. Honest, creative, self starter, team player, and having self integrity.

Responsibilities:

Responsible operational activities of coal trading, such as :

Product Sourcing:

1. Responsible of coal procurement, evaluation and price negotiation
2. Ordering / invoice handling, communication with suppliers

Site Visit

1. Conduct site visits to ensure coal mining purchased in accordance with desired quality

Loading/Shipping

1. Understand coal loading process/procedure, shipping document, preferably one that understand the L/C.

Administration

1. Review contracts in coal purchase agreement
