Job Vacancy as Construction Manager in Jakarta

Currently our clients, International Automotive Company, Oil and Gas and Mining Industry looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position based in Jakarta.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

1. Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking team expenses, minimizing exposure & risk in the project
2. Planning, directing and coordinating the construction project
3. Scheduling and coordinating all types of design during the construction process
4. Must be attentive to detail (report and planning & execution)
5. Possess good communication skills in English
6. Must have good coordination skills with Sub/Contractors, Project Management, Project Consultant and Project Owner.
7. Posses relevant working experience in project of material handling, coal-fired power, metallurgy and cement plants
8. Degree in Engineering – preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Civil or Physical Engineering
9. Min. 10 Years relevant working experiences
10. Meet qualification and experience as Construction Management with minimum project value of USD 20 million
