PT. Konecranes, our representative office in Indonesia needs the following positions:

Management Development Program ( Code : MDP)

Responsibilities :

• Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Service,Finance,HRGA,Sales,Operations and Administration
• Learns line and staff functions,operations,management view points and practices that affect each phase of business.
• Observes experiences workers to acquire knowledge of methods,proceduresand standard required for performance of departmental duties.
• Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.

Job Required :

1. Male with Age Max 26 years
2. A Freshgraduate Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from a State University
3. Good communication skills & work independently
4. Good analytical skill,management and leadership
5. Must be able communicate in English both oral and written
6. Advanced Computer skill of Excell,MS Word,MS Project
7. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
8. Willing to work in any our locations branch or site
