VACANCY

We are a well established Motors and Generators service and Re-manufacturing company in Batam Center, Presently we are looking for a potential candidate to join our team:

Operation Manager

Requirements:

• Male
• Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in technical background
• Able to implement policy and ensure compliance
• Preferably specializing in Operations
• Possess strong analytical, good leadership, good decision-making, planning, problem solving and communication skills
• Good working attitude and willing to take full responsibility in operational matter
• Good command in English both written and spoken

Main Duties:

• To manage day to day operation in the workshop, provide leadership to a team of about 100 skilled / unskilled technician
• To continuously strive for operational improvement and efficiency
• Implement and control production process and quality improvement
• Report to the President Director

• Work Location : Batam Indonesia
• Salary range up to Rp. 250.000.000 per Annum
