As the Cruising, Screening and Quarry company, we looking for candidates to fill the positions described. Applicants must be meet the requirements as listed below:
The position are:

1. HRD Supervisor (HRD-SPV)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university with GPA min 3.00;
• Male or Female 27 -35 years old;
• Min 2 years experience in HR system and development : organization development, recruitment training and development, industrial relation, etc;
• Pleasant personality, energetic & high motivated;
• Good English (oral and written) skills and computer literate;
• Able to work independent or as a team;
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability, strong interpersonal skill & strong communication skill;
• Able to travel throughout Indonesia.
2. Site Supervisor (STS)

Qualifications:

• Male 27 -35 years;
• Has experience min. 5 years and has great knowledge crusher & fixed plant operation, good awareness of maintenance scheduling, has daily reporting & basic admin function;
• Production oriented;
• Able to manage manpower human resource at work location;
• Has knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment;
• Good English (oral & written) skill and computer literate;
• Able to work independent or as a team;
• Having strong interpersonal skill & integrity and strong leadership ;
• Able to work under pressure.
