Recruitment & Assessment Section Head(RA Sec Head)

Qualifications :

• Male / Female, max 35 years old
• Majoring in Psychology/Human Resources Management (Preferably from Certified Human Resources Professional)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources field with excellent knowledge in HR Process & Procedure including Recruitment & Assessment, Hiring, Coaching, Training, and Job Analysis
• High level of social skills and ability to motivate and develop colleagues
• Ability to present themselves with an uplifting personality as well as presenting a complete confidentiality and loyalty.
• Proficient in written and spoken English as well as computer literate

HRM Manager (HRM-Mgr)

Qualifications :

• Male /Female, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable University
• Minimum 5 years experience in HRM with managerial experience
• Having knowledge of Manpower regulations/Indonesian Labor Law and its implementation
• Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the human resources operation
• Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, Personnel Matters & Employee Relation
• Knowledgeable in compensation and benefit
• Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
• Proficient in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
