The Food & Beverage Division of a leading retail company in Indonesia, managing various premium brands of cafes and restaurants is now looking for talent candidates.

Business Development Head (Food & Beverage Concept of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk.)

• He/She has to lead, direct & control all business development activities (real estate, asset management, project & constructions, facilities) to meet the organization’s short and long term business objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision making at the executive level to develop and implement a business development strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities.
• Male/Female aged 35 -45
• 5-7 years Real estate experience (retail restaurants or banking will be advantage)

Senior Marketing Manager (Starbucks Coffee)
Qualified management candidates will be a hands-on charismatic leader, not afraid to one day be making an espresso to the next day presenting a strategic vision to the Shareholders.

Others Minimum expectations are:
• University degree in marketing or related subject (overseas tertiary education an advantage)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Minimum 3 years experience in a multi-outlet retail business + some hospitality service experience
• Proven planing & analytical skills
• Female or Male aged 35 – 45
• Fun and lively sense of humor.

Marketing Manager (Pizza marzano, Burger King, Domini’s and Cold Stone)

• She/he needs to have ability to manage the marketing or the brand, including advertising, promotions and collateral work
• manage a cross functional team of people from different departments to create the marketing programs and execute them in stores
• Practice team building skills to drive cooperation and encourage the rest of the team
