HR Officer (Based in BATAM)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, welfare administration, and performance management.
• Involve in review of HR policies and procedures, and employee communications to ensure relevance and SOX compliance.

Education Requirement:

• Degree in English Language Program.

Requirements:

• Female.
• At least 35 years relevant experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, Indonesia labor law and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
• Proficient in MS office application.
• Willing to travel.
