- Pengalaman kerja min 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Penguasaan mendalam terhadap bidang training TNA, creates modules, annual training agenda, follow up with training execution
- Familiar dengan provider kegiatan training & workshop
- Memiliki keahlian interpersonal dan presentation skill
