Responsibilities:
- The responsibility associated with the position are summarized as follows:
- Profit and Loss of the Business Unit
- Developing Business Plan and delivering agreed targets and actions
- Business Development and Marketing activities
- Management of client relationships
- Staff management of FM staff
Requirements:
- For this position you will have the following experience:
- Experience in Facility Management business both at operations and management
- Have proven track record in the Business development and marketing aspects of the FM business
- Have proven leadership skills
- Currently be in a similar position or ready to advance to the next career level
