Responsibilities:
- Local reporting line to Creative Center Coordinator and regional reporting line to the Regional FDM Personal Wash and Hair Care, you will be required to:
- Be responsible for the coordination of fragrance selection for incoming projects, identification of new winning fragrances and setting new fragrance trends together with the team of perfumers. Will also handle new fragrance bank collection as well as support the Fragrance Marketing team in evaluation and provide troubleshooting support to the technical team.
Requirements:
- The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:
- Good communication skill and able to participate in the discussions with all levels within the organization.
- Having 3 years evaluation / fragrance development experience.
- A creative mind that is able to come up with new ideas and concepts.
- An excellent nose that can relates to odor remembrance, odor association, and odor discrimination skill
- Good coordination skill
- Project professionally and confidently of oneself in the consumers mind without any personal preferences interferences.
- Ability to recognize popular and classics fine fragrances types and fragrances from functional products.
- A good understanding of sensory evaluation.
