Job Information
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day and long term operations of the Housekeeping Department, daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, and responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of the departments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in management experience in mall or hotel.
- Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and skills.
- Special ability to calmly handle difficult situations.
- Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
- Full-Time positions available.
