Responsibilities:

  • The General Manager GM functions as the Primary Strategic Business Leader for the companys very large, complex assets. The GM has full responsibility for maximizing the long-term operating performance of the assets.
  • Principal areas of responsibility include Leasing and Lease Renewal, Customer Service, tenant Relations, Property Maintenance and Capital Budgeting.
  • The Main function of GM is focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance and to provide a return on investment to the organization.
  • The GM have subordinates the essential functions in the organization such as Building Operation, Customer Relations, Financial Management, Human Resources, Sales & Revenue Management.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female
  • Maximum age 45 years old
  • Hold Bachelors Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field required from a reputable university
  • The candidates has experienced handling the varies property by location, size, and complexity of unit, with High Rise Building, Hotel, and Apartment Management or Hospitality industry experience preferred and Prior experience managing front-line managers
  • Knowledge of revenue management and marketing strategies and governmental regulations and safety standards
  • Financial management skills e.g., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning
  • Ability to effectively evaluate current business practices and procedures and make recommendations for changes
  • Ability to creatively execute against the strategy and drive results; can originate and invent new ways to create a unique resident experience and maximize revenue
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, team building & leadership skill
  • Effective decision-making skills; can choose a course of action amongs options involving uncertainty or risk and Strong problem-solving skills; encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate
  • Effective change management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage productivity and staff strategically
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent Bahasa and English, including flair for presenting information clearly, accurately, persuasively and strong influencing and verbal communication skills
  • Expert Level skill with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. & internet
  • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential
  • Having 3-4 years as building manager
  • Preferred 1-3 years as GM of a busy business hotel, resort or high rise building with a company that focuses on bottom line and teaching that people are your primary asset treat them well
