Our Client, a leading Real Estate Company based in Doha – Qatar, currently own a twin tower building consists of 320 luxurious apartments and four penthouses which require close attention by Building Maintenance Operations person urgently needs the following position : Building Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years experience and technical skills in electromechanical expertise.
- High-rise residential building experience including HVAC and Plumbing and electrical equipment.
- Experience in property management maintenance.
- Residential compounds maintenance experience.
- Maintenance reporting and follow up systems.
- Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs of the buildings and installed systems to include but not limited to; plumbing systems, roofs, drains, electrical and HVAC.
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems .
- Troubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
- Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance.
- Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
- Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain and operate life safety/fire systems.
- Complete other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with facility management and keep in contact with our large clients for updates.
