Responsibilities:

• Assist on site supervision
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers on job scope and schedule
• Checking and supervision of sub-contractors work
• Attend all NSC meetings and Consultant meetings when required
• Sourcing and purchasing of local materials
• Provide technical support to other departments when necessary
• Checking of structural opening of lifts entrances and marking of motor room slab
• Prepare and submission of progress reports Documentation of date and handover
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum trade qualifications in Engineering or higher
• Required to have good knowledge of installation of traction, underslung and Hydraulic lifts and escalators
• Minimum 5 years in installation of lifts and escalators
• Effective communication with sub-contractors, suppliers, colleagues and technicians
• Work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in English
