Responsibilities:

• Task orientated personality.
• Ability to manage and drive problem diagnosis, escalation and resolution.
• Effective problem solving capability
• Ability to communicate effectively at any level
• Good interpersonal skills. And ability to foster good team work.
• Must have analytical approach to problem handling and resolution
• Ability to work effectively with any level of management.
• Ability to maintain cordial relationship with users and vendors
• Experience in project management, particularly in planning, organizing, prioritization and scheduling

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in Telecommunications, Data & Voice network setup and support
• Good knowledge in Server, Data-centre, Networking is a distinct advantage
• Flexibility to work in shifts and travel if required
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian, Filipino, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Work location is PJ, Damansara.
