Our client, one of distinguished group of companies, highly motivated person and team player in the capacity as: Corporate Legal - Based in Singapore Office
Requirements:
- Age 30 40 years old, fluent in English and Indonesian both oral and written
- Holding a university degree in Law from reputable universities
- Minimal 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal
- Strong knowledge in Indonesian Law, drafting of legal documentations / agreements
- Able to review & evaluating contracts and relate to business plan / strategy
- Able to give legal advice and opinion
- Good negotiation skill
- Able to travel in short notice
- Team player and strong analytical thinking
