Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient and effective running on the kitchen. Maximizing profits and through cost effective use of products and control of wastage related to the kitchen and stewarding in order to achieve the objectives set by the management within the guidelines, polices and procedures
- Establishes and maintains professionally efficient and effective communication channels within the Food & Beverage and supporting departments.
- Implements policies and procedures under the guidance of the General Manager
- Controls the food cost to achieve projected budgets without compromising on food quality and established standards.
- Responsible for all functions within the kitchen
Requirements:
- Has ability to develops and initiates new ideas, methods to improve cost effectiveness, quality profitability and generate professionally the needed staff awareness.
- Has experience to establish standard of Food & Beverage products and performance to maintain or improve maximum guest satisfaction
- Has ability to authorized and controls all food requisition within the budged of food cost
- Has ability analys menu planning, considering popularity, market conditions and trends and conducts regular market research to source new products
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
