With headquaters in Singapore, OM has been established in Indonesia since 2004 and has offices throughout Asia and Africa. In line with our expansion plan, we have vacancy for:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping documents for port clearance
• Source and liaise with vendors on stevedoring, ship Survey, Ship Inspection, bunker supply, bunker inspection and etc
• Close monitoring of vessels estimated time of arrival and departure
• Ensure the smooth berthing and departure of vessels
• Close monitoring of all vessels operations
• Liaise with overseas office, agents, customer and business partners on shipping matters
• Well versed in local port information

Requirements:

• Minimum University Degree
• Able to communicate write, read effectively in English
• Able to work under fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
