Responsibilities:

  • To be part of conservation or customer relation team, responsible to handle outbond call including premium overdue reminder, insufficient fund policies, and other calls related to customer retention activities

Requirements:

  • Associate/bachelor degree majoring in communication or management
  • Min. 1 year experience as call center, telemarketing, or customer service. Preferably from insurance or banking industry
  • Able to work in high pressure with minimum supervision
  • Self motivated
