Responsibilities:
- Responsible For : Clients & Studio Care
- Responsible To : Studio Manager,Pilates & Yoga Instructors and Accounting Departemen
- JOB OVERVIEW :
- Studio Assistant will be Clients, Instructors and Visitors first touch point.I is her responsibility to provide professional, polite and friendly services to everyone.She is expected to work in and studios programs.
- The Studio Assitant Welcomes all who contact the studio, assits the clients determining the appropriate studio service , schedule and reconfirming appointments with Clients and register clients for their time slots and general monitoring of the appearance and cleanliness of the studio.
- Basic knowledge of computer keyboarding and filling is required as well as strong interpersonal communication skills and effective decisionmaking capability.She must be dependable,outgoing and personable with a strong desire to work in service-oriented capacity. The ability and desire to perform verbal and writen interaction in English with clients,instructors and all staff members are also required.
Requirements:
- Female
- Age between 22-28 years old
- Hold min D3 Degree or Equivqlent
- A good command in spoken and written English is a must
- Well-versed in Window programs in an Advantage
- Attractive and pleasant personality would be an asset
