Responsibilities:
- Position objective:
- Support Retail Banking in overall sales management processes.
- Develop innovative and cost-effective processes with clarity and easy adaptation approach for retail branches.
- Work closely with branches and other departments to upkeep a smooth and easy sales process.
- Take charge of sales projects assigned by Retail Bank senior management.
- Principal
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an effective and competent sales management process is in place at all branches.
- Devise and execute re-engineering need on all sales processes.
- Ensure all sales processes in branch banking adhere to operation and compliance standard and requirement.
- Ensure the effective use of sales tools by front liners is able to build a disciplined sales habit and behavior, resulting in meeting all challenges on sales and services.
- Bridging branches and centralized departments timely and effectively on all sales processes gaps.
- Sustain and exceed customers expectation via a discipline contact management strategy.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years branch and retail banking experience.
- Organized and good thinking process in developing and revamping the branch-based sales process.
- Strong leadership in motivating and coaching branch sales staff, via regular review and update of sales processes, to meet the aggressive sales challenges.
- Proven successful in people skill and a team player. Good analytical skill, logical thinking, flexible, positive thinking and a can-do attitude.
- Strong in Change Management Capability.
