Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities included but not limited to:
  • Planning and achieving sales targets, develop and execute marketing strategies for business and prospect development.
  • Responsible for handling a portfolio consisting of Sales, Marketing as well as Customer Relations.
  • Coordinating the various supporting consultants of interiors, construction, structural, electrical and service to evolve executable working drawings.
  • Formulating and implementing strategies for marketing and sales of Commercial properties and managing the sales team.
  • Negotiating of all leases and renewals preparation of lease documents and manage tenant build-outs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in retail sales.
• Strong communication skills written and oral.
• Wide network in the property industry.
