Responsibilities:

• Job Summary/Overall purpose:
  • Perform customer visit and making sales presentation
  • Identify likely sales points
  • Identify new markets and attracting new customers
  • Perform and initiate Customer Relationship Management, Opportunities Management, and Sales Reports based on defined standard

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in a job related subject
• Qualification in business, sales, marketing or IT
• Experience in Sales Management
• Experience in the selling of high-end Business services and consultancy services
• Outstanding business and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain a good network of contacts within the area as well as with head office
• Proven ability to win business
• Discipline and ability to plan and act tactically, combining both a linear and holistic approach
• High analytical skills, ability to comprehend complex situations quickly and to summarize them precisely both verbal and in writing
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
• Must perform in stressful situations and ability to prioritize work flows
• Self-driven and motivated
• Confidence and skills to work effectively on own whilst possessing the judgement to ask for assistance when needed
• Relationship building and influencing skills
• Ability to act in a virtual organization, corporate with and support colleagues while showing a high level of service orientation
• Cultural and Intercultural competence and awareness as well as sensitive Interpersonal skills

• Mobile and Flexible to travel within Indonesia
• Excellent overall software solution background
