- By recommending program for people development
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Human Resources or Psychology SDM or MM/MBA – Concentration in Human Resources
- Good and depth knowledge on Organization Development OD: Performance management, Hay Job Evaluation, reward system, talent management, succession planning and people development, Balanced Scorecard
- More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent level in OD.
- Good in communication & leadership
- Have positive attitude & a passion in meet and develop people & group
- Warm & be patient
- Willing to travel
- Excellent in English is a must
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
