    • By helping people choose organizations and carreer paths & attain career objectives
    • By recommending program for people development

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 in Human Resources or Psychology SDM or MM/MBA - Concentration in Human Resources
  • Good and depth knowledge on Organization Development OD: Performance management, Hay Job Evaluation, reward system, talent management, succession planning and people development, Balanced Scorecard
  • More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent level in OD.
  • Good in communication & leadership
  • Have positive attitude & a passion in meet and develop people & group
  • Warm & be patient
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent in English is a must
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
