Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of marketing materials and investment analysis for property transactions with strong emphasis on complex transactions of commercial and development projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holders from reputable university with excellent result.
• Must have a Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance or Real Estate.
• Minimum 3 years experience in investment banking and/or has worked in a property consultancy firm or real estate company.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-starter, and discipline.
• Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Proactive, assertive & self motivated, with advanced interpersonal, communication & negotiation capabilities.
