Responsibilities:
- Provide support on full spectrum of benefit delivery
- Propose and execute framework on benefits delivery
- Act as consultant to management on benefits matters
- Handle projects relating to benefits
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/ HR or equivalent
- Min. 8 Years of relevant experiece, specialising in Benefits Management
- Familiar with employment laws
- Familiar with HR trends
- Good interpersonal skills
