Responsibilities:

• For Vision Software Engineers:
• Design and develop PC based automated visual inspection systems for semiconductor equipment
• For Software Design Engineers (Semiconductor):
• Design and develop PC Based software for automated semiconductor process equipment.
• Design Server/Client software based on SEMI SECS/GEM for equipment.
• Implement CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) for existing and new products.
• For Embedded Software:
• Responsible for developing Boot Firmware and Interface Drivers for Microprocessor/Microcontroller/DSP based embedded systems
• Responsible for developing a comprehensive suite of Application Programming Interface (API) drives for the functional modules
• Responsible for developing comprehensive coverage of Built-in Test (BIT) Software for the functional testing of the hardware modules

Requirements:

• For Vision Software Engineers:
• Master / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Proficient in C++ and C#. NET with extensive experience in .NET application development, preferably in real-time environment.
• Experience in Computer Vision and Image Processing would be a distinct advantage

• For Software Design Engineers (Semiconductor):
• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
• At least 1 year experience in programming on Windows (NT, 2K, XP & Vista) environment.
• Proficient in VC++, MFC, SQL and OOP.
• Good knowledge in developing multi-threaded control software.
• Knowledge of SEMI SECS/GEM equipment connectivity standard will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experience in using Servo Motors, Servo/Stepper Motion Controller, Analog Devices and High Speed I/O.

• For Embedded Software:
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering
• Knowledge of embedded microcontroller architectures and microprocessors for motor control applications
• Experience in microcontroller programming, Object – oriented software design (C/C++, Visual C++, MFC, Visual Basic Programming)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Real-Time Operation Systems (RTOS) programming will be an added advantage
