Job Vacancy as Training Center Instructor (Trainer) at PT Media Nusantara Citra, Tbk

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Head of Training Center Department
• Serves as the in-house instructor and expert in developing training programs that suit the job functions
• To design, develop and deliver training programs to conduct training on general management, leadership, and people development
• Perform training effectiveness assessment through post-training evaluation

Requirements:

• Min. holding a Master degree from a reputable university
• 3 to 5 years classroom-based instructor experience
• Experience designing training curriculum
• A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• A background in broadcast, multimedia, and telecommunication industry background will have a distinct advantage
• Possess good business communications and interpersonal skills
• Independent, mature and self motivated
• A hands-on person who can adapt, plan and implement training programs
• Ability to work on own initiative
