Responsibilities:

• Be the 2nd level contact point for application issues reporting.
• Identify problem and provide solution for application usage continuity to clients.
• Troubleshoot application problem and co-ordinate with Internal Development team for resolution.
• Installation, testing and support of s/w releases and upgrades.
• Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of software.
• Analyst end-users request and provide recommendation on software functionality needs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): SQL, Helpdesk support.
• Preferred skill(s): Accounting, Healthcare.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time position available.
