Job Information

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering phone calls, emails, faxes, and letters from customers
  • Perform call management & problem solving faced by customers over the telephone

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate Minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0) or Bachelor’s/College Degree Min. GPA 2.50 (scale 4.0) in any field
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Exp in Call Center or Customer Service will be an advantage
  • Above average communication skills in ENGLISH
  • Willing to learn and training will be provided
  • Strong willed, motivated
  • Customer oriented
  • Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules/night schedule
  • Willing to work FULL TIME
  • Willing to extend working hours
