Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phone calls, emails, faxes, and letters from customers
- Perform call management & problem solving faced by customers over the telephone
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate Minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0) or Bachelor’s/College Degree Min. GPA 2.50 (scale 4.0) in any field
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Exp in Call Center or Customer Service will be an advantage
- Above average communication skills in ENGLISH
- Willing to learn and training will be provided
- Strong willed, motivated
- Customer oriented
- Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules/night schedule
- Willing to work FULL TIME
- Willing to extend working hours
