Responsibilities:

• Post a: Call Centre Representatives
• 1 year contract renewable
• Handle calls & reservations
• Experience in Hotel/Travel Industry highly preferred
• Post b: Customer Service Representatives (Cantonese / Mandarin / Korean / Japanese speaking)
• 6 mths to 1 year Contract Renewable
• Training will be provided
• Post c: Contact Center Assistants (Cantonese / Korean / Japanese / Mandarin speaking)
• 6 mths to 1 year Contract Renewable
• Provide Administrative support
• Handling of enquires, calls and emails

Requirements:

• O/N/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Good communication skills
• 15 Full-Time positions available.
